Tony
and Jane have developed a class for women who want to learn muay thai
and get a great workout, but do not want to do partner drills.
This
class is women only and focuses on cardio and technique. You
will also be doing pad work with Tony and Jane and heavy bag work.
This,
just like our co-ed classes, will challenge
you aerobically. And, just like our co-ed classes, you are
learning to defend yourself and also test your mental and physical
strength.
