If
you are interested in learning muay thai, please call
to arrange an appointment to visit our gym. We will
discuss your goals and objectives and our training methods.
This is required prior to beginning training. Although
we welcome everyone, we are not looking for experienced
fighters, club hoppers and/or troublemakers from other
gyms.
We have a class for women only. All other classes are
mixed (recreational and competitive fighters, women/men).
If you are an experienced fighter and need training
or pad work in stand up or if you wish to rent ring
time, please call Tony.
Sunrise Circuit is a circuit training and cardio class for all fitness levels. This class will get your heart pumping and is a full body, arm to leg interval training circuit that concludes with 3 core routines. Continue to burn calories even after the 45 minute class!
